Welcome to the Black Rock City Post Office's electronic delivery system. This system has been developed in order to help those unfortunate groups and individuals who are not currently residing in Black Rock City to communicate to those fortunately residing within it.

The steps in this process are as follows:

{1} Fill out the form and submit it following all the specified requirements.

{2} Staff and volunteers will attempt to deliver this message to the recipient. If delivery fails, a message will be posted on BRCPO's message board indicating that the recipient has a message waiting for them.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

∞ The method and requirements of delivery and retrieval of said message is completely at the discretion of the Black Rock City Post Office Extreme Edition.

∞ There is no guarantee that said message will be delivered in any form, as many factors contribute to the success or lack thereof of this project (including, but not limited to: Internet connection, recipient's whereabouts and willingness, staff and volunteer moods and whims, etc).
